This past week Pete Engelhorn of Rogue Custom Sheds-n-Outbuildings built a 10 X 12 shed for us in our back yard.
Not only did he do an excellent job, he finished it a full day ahead of schedule! The finished project is very attractive and matches the siding and roof of our house perfectly.
Pete takes pride in his work and has an impeccable work ethic. He was very professional but also has a wonderful personality and was a joy to have around.
I would highly recommend Pete to anyone who would like to have him work for them (and have in fact already done so).

Built with modular locking panels. Rogue Custom Buildings are built with modular locking panels that can be dismantled and re-erected in another location if required. Should you move home at some time in the future your Rogue Custom building may move with you.

| Please Note: We are the ONLY builder in Oregon and California that builds with high-quality wood, (NOT O.S.B., Oriented Strand Board, otherwise known as "Others. Sawdust. Board"), We build with hand selected plywood, kiln dried studs. Pressure treated 2 x4's, 2 x 6's, 4 x 4's 4 x6's, etc. All nails are full sized, full headed, hand driven (with a true human powered hammer). We can use 100 year porcelain coated screws throughout. Never a pneumatic staple or nail gun or airless sprayer in use... EVER! We hand paint or stain (with a real brush!) We feel your having us paint your building ... NOT you neighbors house, etc. etc. Quality takes a bit of time to create, not "built in a day" as some would say. Most our buildings take Seven (7) days, on site to build. Some might say our buildings are not cheap, yet as we have found very few things that are worthwhile ever are. |
A question from more than one client: "How come some builders restrict their buildings to small sizes, to a maxim width of only 8 feet wide and if they have any eve overhang, it's only a few inches (funny, and stubby)?" We don't restrict our clients to "small buildings with stubby eves". In part other builders lack imagination and only build 'boring, low end, size restrictive sheds". And the other part of the equation is the fact that if they build in total off site, they hall them down the road (making those staples & nails come loose??). We feel that (due to the fact that we build only custom buildings, the client should be able to exercise their want's as they wish, without those restrictions.
